Yoga is a foundation in my life both on and off the mat. It began as a curiosity in 1999. Then, in 2001 I met the people who would become my life-long teachers. Through them I discovered an elaborate, subtle and rigorous lineage of teachings. I attended a Teacher Training course in order to deepen my own practice and knowledge and years later also became an active teacher.
My daily practice includes asana (physical practices), pranayama (breathing practices), chanting and study.
In December 2020 I began a study process of an ancient Indian philosophical text. The study process includes writing, painting, and sharing online.
