Microsolidarity is an informal social experiment in forming crews (3-6 people teams) founded on mutual care and an aspiration to do meaningful and sustainable work together. Before the Covid pandemic, Microsolidarity was biased towards physical proximity – people who were either already living in a physical community or able to travel in order to come together physically.
The Remote Microsolidarity crew is exploring how this can be done in a remote/asynchronous environment. We are asking how a random stream of remote strangers can be transformed into cohesive crews.
The crew workspace is hosted on Loomio and is open to the public.
